The primary measures are Time to First Qualified Fallback and predefined manual buyer touches. False-qualified recommendations, mandatory-condition violations, contradictory evidence, traceability loss, and authority-boundary failures are guardrails—not acceptable tradeoffs.
Product and synthetic evidence do not establish customer savings or operational performance. The first enterprise historical replay is the next evidence gate.

Adapter presence never implies production access, measured performance, endorsement, or partnership.
The SDK path has a bounded internal live verification. Public execution remains disabled and enterprise performance remains unmeasured.
Telnyx Voice, Twilio Voice, Amazon SES, LINE Messaging, and Infobip Voice pass credential-free adapter contract tests. Their provider transports, access, and production behavior are not verified integrations.
Dial Voice/SMS is an experimental injected contract only. WhatsApp eligibility, access, and fit remain to be evaluated; no live integration is claimed.
